Catering Menus
This is a selection of menus that we offer. These have been our most popular choices for weddings or special events, however, we can work with you to provide other items that you may require. Please contact us to discuss options.
• Down Home Cookin'
Lunch or dinner meat choices include Fried Chicken, Baked Chicken, Chicken Tenders, BBQ Chicken, Grilled Chicken, Chicken Pot Pie, Meatloaf, Country Fried Steak/ Gravy, Hamburger Steak/ Gravy, Roast Beef/ Gravy, Prime Rib, Glazed Ham, BBQ Pork, Fried Pork Chops, Pork Tenderloin, Turkey & Dressing, Spaghetti, Lasagna, Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Parmesan and Grilled Salmon.
Vegetables and side dish choices include Broccoli Casserole, Squash Casserole, Butterbeans, Creamed Corn, Corn on the Cobb, Green Beans, Field Peas, Black Eyed Peas, Fried Okra, Macaroni & Cheese, Vegetable Medley, Glazed Carrots, Glazed Apples, Potato Casserole, Sweet Potato Soufflé, Baked Potato, Mashed Potatoes, New Potatoes, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Scalloped Potatoes, Potato Salad, Baked Beans and Brunswick Stew.

Croissants or Sandwiches filled with: Chicken Salad, Ham, Turkey, Pimento Cheese, Club (ham, turkey and bacon), Bacon-Lettuce-Tomato, Veggie or Egg Salad.
Salads: Pasta Salad, Potato Salad, Congealed Salad, Tossed Salad, Layered Salad or Strawberry & Spinach Salad.
Seasonal Fresh Fruit: Watermelon, Honeydew, Strawberries, Cantaloupe, Grapes, Kiwi, Pinapple.

Our delectible dessert choices include Chocolate Cake, Mississippi Mud Cake, Deluxe Brownie, Strawberry Shortcake, Banana Pudding, Chocolate Pudding, Coconut Pie, Pound Cake, Triple Chocolate Truffle, Peach Cobbler, Pecan Pie, Chocolate Sundae, Cream Cheese Tart, Lemon Meringue Pie, German Chocolate Cake, Bread Pudding, Assorted Homemade Cookies, Pineapple Upside-down Cake, Chocolate Delight, Sweet Potato Pie, and Carrot Cake. We also serve our Georgia Bulldog Cake.
